My experience with Ride Now Motors has been defined by one thing: dishonesty. Time and again, they made promises that were never kept and statements that turned out to be false. Instead of standing by their word, they consistently shifted stories, dodged accountability, and left me chasing down basic answers. Professionalism was nowhere to be found. Calls went unanswered, agreements were broken, and every interaction reinforced the impression that this dealership cares more about making a quick sale than treating customers with honesty and respect. Ride Now Motors cannot be trusted. Their repeated failure to honor commitments and their willingness to mislead customers make it clear they do not operate with integrity. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. Be aware: they report/challenge negative reviews so most of them aren't seen publicly.

After putting 4000 down on a car in may I missed one payment and they repossessed my car for 300 then tried to make me pay 2200 to get the car back please skip this place it's a scam and now trying to put the car back on the lot to scam someone else go to car buy u they really help unlike these scammers.

They have good reviews, but I Drove 40 minutes under false pretenses. had it been clear what they needed from me I could have avoided wasting my time and possibly done business with them at a later date. Awful experience for sure.

Bought a Mazda CX5 2018 from the Albamarle location. Nice experience, noncombative as in the big dealerships. Didnt get stuck in the office for hours. The car had extensive documentation on the service record. Nice guys and not abrasive. Love the car. I would recomend shopping here. Good prices and willing to negotiate.

Just think it's a rip-off and for them to pose as saying 500 down and then asking for a bunch of information and then telling a person that they can't even help them when they're supposed to be a place to help people build credit and it says repose credit or no credit or bad credit been asking a person for a co-signer and then saying that the payments would be a whole lot down just a whole waste of time especially when some people are really in need of a vehicle

i would put 0 stars if i could. i do not recommend buying a car from this dealership!!! they are liars and a waste of time. the salesman “Lukas” said over the phone i was approved and to head to the dealership and then when i arrive they tell me that im going to need more money for the down payment. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT do not waste your time with this dealership!!!!!

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was running hot in two weeks come to find out something was poured where the coolant goes to cover a leak so instead of making things right with a customer who has spent 5k in 3 months the stressed the car was as is. With that being said I will not recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the first salesman wouldn't let me test drive the car unless I was certain I wanted to purchase which is absolutely ridiculous.

My wife & I visited Ride Now Motors looking for an suv with a trailer hitch for our new business after trying many places that were either too expensive, not enough inventory or both. The first thing I noticed was the fresh scent & how clean and organized the place was.We were welcomed by Stephanie who was VERY polite, wore a genuine smile and assisted us with everything we needed. We already had in mind the car we wanted and in no time, Danny and Johnathan showed up to assist with the test drive and completing the purchase which was VERY VERY easy and painless. We were literally in and out in less than an hour driving away with our Expedition that was in “like new” condition. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone seemed to know how to work together making the process easy and fast. I would suggest if you are looking for a place to purchase a vehicle, it needs to be here. Trust me you won't regret it! Thanks guys and I'll be visiting again when my daughter gets her license.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way Ride Now Motors in Monroe, NC handled the towing of my daughter's vehicle this evening. Her insurance had briefly lapsed but was reinstated earlier today before the vehicle was towed—proof of coverage was going to be submitted to the office the following morning. Still, the car was towed without any notice. Technically, the car was towed without cause, because at that point, it already had active insurance coverage. This is going to cause a major disruption for my daughter, who is in the final weeks of nursing school and absolutely cannot afford to miss any days. Now we are stuck covering unnecessary towing fees and Uber costs—expenses that could've been avoided entirely. As a customer, I expected better. This situation was handled poorly and unfairly, and it reflects very badly on the dealership's customer service.
