I knew almost immediately that I had made a bad decision purchasing a vehicle here, and I honestly wish I could have returned it.
During the purchase, everyone was extremely nice and made the process seem quick and easy. However, a few days after signing my documents, I started receiving calls saying that some of the paperwork had not been signed with a legible signature. I immediately went back through the documents and re-signed everything as requested.
Even after doing that, I continued receiving calls, texts, and emails stating that if I didn't sign the documents, they would come and repossess the vehicle. At that point, I sent screenshots showing that I had already completed everything they asked me to do. The calls and messages continued, and some of the communication was unnecessarily rude and threatening.
Eventually, they realized the issue was on their end and confirmed that everything was fine.
It has only been about two weeks since purchasing this vehicle, and the entire experience after the sale has been a headache. Communication is also extremely frustrating. It seems like calls are screened through caller ID because getting someone to answer often requires calling repeatedly. The finance lady is beyond rude ! She hung up on me mid sentence ! I asked who can she be reported to for her rudeness and I was simply told NOBODY. & reports are sent to her even if they're about her. So good luck ! They use Danny as a cool guy so you feel comfortable but the whole thing is a scam. DO NOT . I repeat DO NOT purchase from here !! The level of unprofessionalism, inconsideration, & complete rudeness once you've purchased is beyond me.
If you desperately need a vehicle quickly, they may be able to get you into one. But just be patient and shop around. Based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle here. I definitely wish I had listened when they threatened to come get the vehicle because I would have gladly handed them the keys.
