10/10 would recommend got my 2015 Honda accord runs perfectly

So to be honest I have been looking for a car for the past couple months just really trying to figure out what I really wanted! And had most definitely been turned down from a couple places and even hesitant about a few places! But today I found the car that I've been wanting and I have to give credit where credit is due and it all goes to my new friend DANNY!! He got me in an out with no problems so word to the wise if you're looking for a car please go to Ride Now Motors in Monroe and please ask for my main man DANNY because he is definitely making things happen!!!!

Yes this was "my" fault. I was never informed of a 500 deferred payment that was thrown into the contract. I explained to Alicia who is in so many negative reviews. She is awful and it truly takes a lot for me to write a review. I explained to her that it was not discussed. I put 3500 down and when I didn't make the payment on Friday they repoed it from my office. Which they charged my 550 for a repossession fee. Check engine light is already on and other issues which were not disclosed to include putting a tracker on it. I will be reporting all of this to my lawyer and the BBB and reviews on every site possible. They only accept cash for repossessions so I had to take 3 hours off work to drive all the way across town to pay it then back across town to pick it up. When I handed Alicia the cash she snatched it out my hand and proceeded to tell me when my next payment was due and said there will be no extensions period. Incredibly unprofessional and I will do everything in my power to make sure this company gets what they deserve. I wont stop until they fix the problems on the car and fix their processes and stop preying on people who might have gone through tough times.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle expecting it to be reliable, but shortly after driving it off the lot I was forced to pay out of pocket for repairs. As a customer, I expected the vehicle to be properly inspected before it was sold When I reached out to the dealership about the issue, I didn't feel that they took responsibility or made a genuine effort to resolve the situation. After making such a large purchase, having to immediately spend more money on repairs was extremely frustrating and stressful. I wouldn't encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing any paperwork. My experience left me feeling disappointed, and I would not recommend this dealership based on how my situation was handled.

Please please please I repeat do not go here I don't care how desperate your in need of a car they keep sending me threats about repossession my car its a scam they made my car payment due on a Sunday which is not a business day when they got copies of my payday so now they say im late just to make threats about coming to get the car they say no grace period man times are hard and ppl just need a car to get them to work but they say u late after u spent all this money in the car please ppl go somewhere else im tired of these kind of ppl getting over on us I always make my payment plus the air didn't work and I have mechanical issues

Don't care about customers--> I was in the process of financing a car and came across this business. I asked if there was anything I should know or wrong before going forward. I was specifically told that it was just the backup camera. Since then, I have had to pay for over $3,000 in repairs including an entirely new engine. The mechanic said this was an accumulation of a lot of stuff over time and was shocked at how bad of a condition the car was in. I have messages from 3/10/26 of them saying it was just the backup camera. Furthermore, they I complained within two weeks of getting the car of the engine light being on. I brought the car in to their mechanic/business twice and both times, it left with more issues than before. All of this was communicated to them, for which I have all of the messages and screenshots as well. There was not a real receipt of what was fixed on the car. I was told the first time the harness was done and then the second time in communications with them I was told the harness. I expressed concern that nothing was actually being done because their stories weren't straight. After my continuous complaining, they blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave a review on their business. I have all of this in screenshots and texts as well. I think this business is woefully misleading in how they present their cars. And I think they are shady in how they do business. I would hope to get some relief or compensation or a freeze of payments for all we have endured. I also want them to be held accountable so others do not continue to be scammed.

Amazing services I've purchased 2 vehicles from them. Both cars are reliable my Mazda and Honda. Great price too. I highly recommend. Everyone at this location was amazing and straight forward. Thank you Bernard.

Daniel was so helpful and patient with me he got me rolling in a 2018 Toyota Avalon that runs great and have good ac he's the best so if u need a car go to ride now motors and ask for Daniel g he will get u rolling

This is the worst place to get a car from I just paid off my car. When I purchased my car I was told and showed a second key would be given to me after my car was paid off. I was then told that my radio screen would be replaced because it was coming off. Fast forward 14k later cars paid off Kelley blue book value is $900 I have 1 key and and a broken radio. I called this location to ask them about my key and I told them that I needed my second key that I was shown and promised I would get one. he said they didn't have it. I asked “I'm out of luck if y'all don't have the key” he responded with “yes”. Unprofessional and disrespectful customer service is awful.

I went to the Mint Hill location, and Jonathan and Justin were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the entire process. They answered all of my questions and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I was able to get my car within an hour! I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Bad experience, whoever handles tag and registration is very rude and unprofessional. I was promised my tag could be mailed to me before I purchased the vehicle. Today I was told the tag arrived and I would have to drive to Monroe to pick it up. Even though I communicated that my work schedule wouldn't allow me to pick it up and I needed it mailed. The guy assured me they could work something out and have the tag mailed. This is very unfortunate and I've only got rude responses through text message telling me I could have someone else pick up the tag. Why is it such a hassle to mail the tag your telling me the person have to stay 2 hours away it just don't make sense. To add my passenger seat has issues reclining the salesperson Danny assured me they were aware and had the part ordered. He stated I would get a call when the part arrived and they would fix free of charge. Again all of this was promised to me before I purchased the vehicle. It's been nearly a month and I haven't heard anything regarding the part. This place seems more and more like a scam with every interaction I have with anyone from the staff.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with, no empathy just crooked car salesmen. I purchased a vehicle from them no more then a week and a half later I had an issues with the vehicle. I bring the vehicle back and was told while they fix the car to figure out my own transportation, mind you I had the car for a week and a half before the engine was overheating. They proceeded to act like they were doing me a favor by fixing it, not understanding it is a thing called "bad business". Oh btw they will try to disarm you with Daniel's "cool kid" persona, but he doesn't care either. Soon as they get your money its coldness and shortness. The woman in finances is just as mean and nasty. She is short with people and acts if she is better then and smarter then, also she will threaten you with what she doesn't "have to do". The business etiquette doesn't live there at all. I should have known when I first went their and I was met with Daniel smoking a vape, and saying "whatsup dawg." The sad thing is I was hit but a drunk driver and the car was totaled, and I was released for doing any business with these people it sucks that outside of me surviving, that was the silver lining.
